Update: We ended up eating some tasty pizza from Little Star by candlelight and then showing Levi how to make a S'more d'Lor. More than a few years back, our friends Lor and Audrey invited Jeff and me over for a backyard bbq. Rather than using graham crackers and Hershey's, Lor sandwiched the roasted marshmallow between LU Le Petite Ecolier cookies (the dark chocolate kind). Absolutely ingenious. The chocolate's built-in and dark to boot, baby! I added some sliced almonds and a sprinkle of cayenne pepper to my S'more d'Lor and ended up with something really yummy.

We're charging up the batteries and making sure our flashlights work. It's Earth Hour tonight at 8:00. Check it out at
http://www3.earthhourus.org/. Brought to you by the WWF. No, not the hokey meatheads throwing each other around in the ring but the World Wildlife Fund. Hmmmm...so what are we going to do for an hour without power? Well, it will almost certainly involve matches and fire. Levi's going to love this.

Hey, we're famous!!
We like to think we're changing the world as we indtroduce people to our smores. Did we tell you we made them one Christmas in my parent's fireplace? In Norway over a mini-one-time-use BBQ? On our last trip camping in Oman we realized too late that we didn't have the ingredients...bummer. There's always the next trip!
